For a complete list of breeds that may be included, please visit our All Birds page and filter for Table Birds. Images on this page provide examples of what you may receive. Each assortment is packed based on current egg production and hatch availability, so no two orders are identical. This assortment is not for customers who wish to select specific breeds; if you prefer to handpick, those breeds should be purchased individually.
Pricing reflects the cost per day-old chick or per hatching egg, and you may order as few as one or as many as you like. Orders of 1–3 chicks or eggs are guaranteed to include one breed. Orders of 4–5 will include at least three breeds, and orders of 6 or more will include a minimum of four breeds. We always strive to include as much variety as possible to create a diverse and balanced flock.
You are welcome to mix and match breeds or assortments to meet our six-chick shipping minimum, cultivating both a dynamic flock and the preservation of these treasured heritage breeds.
