		<description>It is so nice to see animals bush and happy in the woods, and not in a sterile building in wee pens wading in their own excrement. I never imagined I would slaughter any animla, but I can and do now. Even, as Paul Winchester says in his lovely book A Very Small Farm, &quot; It&#039;s sad to see the life go out of the 12 roosters I kill each year fro my freezer.  But instead of the factory farm, at least they enjoy the glory of one perfect summer. I am paraphrasing -- get the book. It is so nourishing to the soul.</description>
